The Market Place: An End Time Ministry
Market place and
disaster relief ministries both intertwine and overlap and I believe
they will be taking on great significance in God’s End Times plans and
purposes. God is shaking everything that can be shaken through economic
and financial crisis, government corruption and mismanagement,
earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, floods, epidemics, pandemics,
terrorism, wars, and other events. The world is becoming very concerned
with all that is going around them; instability is becoming the norm.
People, especially in America, can no longer trust or count on the
economy, the government, or anything else to stabilize and protect them
in every situation. When the safety net begins to fray, fear and
paranoia begin to take hold, and if it continues too long people begin
to loose hope.
At the same time the world is falling into disarray, God is raising
up men and women who understand the times and who will know what to do.
He has done this time and time again throughout the Old and New
Testaments. Earlier, I shared the concept and principle of the Cyrus
Anointing, and what is currently unfolding seems to be exactly that.
The Lord is raising up Josephs, Ezras, Esthers, Daniels, and Cyrus’s of
our day, who will wield great influence and control great resources in
order to fund, prepare, and deliver what is needed. Portions of the
Church will finally start acting like “The Church” and govern as
originally intended before Adam surrendered that mantle and position.
The Church will know what to do, they will have the direction, they will
have the answers, and they will offer hope and light in the midst of
darkness.
Haggai 2:6-9 says, “‘In a
little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth,
the sea and the dry land. I will
shake all nations, and the desired of all nations will come,
and I will fill this house with glory,’
says the Lord Almighty. ‘The silver is mine and the gold
is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty.
‘The glory of this present house will be much greater
than the glory of the former house,’ say
the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant
peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”
God has no lack of funds or provisions-the silver and the gold
are his-he is the Treasurer of all creation. In the midst of all the
shakings he will give us all the glory, provision and peace we need and
then some. We are not going to barely survive these times of shaking;
it is God’s intent for his people to prosper in the midst of all the
upheaval. We must change our perspective to be in sync with God’s
intentions. Winston Churchill said, "The pessimist sees
difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees opportunity in every
difficulty.” Historically, more new businesses and
discoveries occur in times of economic difficulty than in times of
prosperity because people are forced to make their own way and have
nothing more to lose.
Anyone who is standing on the rock, every business or ministry
built upon the rock might experience shaking all around them, but they
will not shake apart. The first chapter in Isaiah is a chilling
description of where Israel was at that time, and it is where the United
States is today. Twenty-nine verses speak of consequences and judgments
with the exception of verses 18-19, which offer redemption, provision
and blessing. Isaiah 1:19 “If you are willing and obedient you
will eat the best from the land.” Thus, even as God shakes
everything that can be shaken, if we are obedient we will enjoy the
blessing and/or the best, even if judgment is going on all around us.
My Market
Place Assignment
I have had
so many people share new products, systems, and processes with me, and
there is no other reason, other than the Lord, for this to be
happening. There are no coincidences in the Kingdom of God. When the
Lord begins to work something in your spirit, he will usually set in
motion a series of events and experiences which take you in a defined
direction; that is a “leading.” When something is continually dropped
in your lap and set in front of your path as you move in the direction
he is leading you, which you haven’t done anything to initiate, but all
the pieces fall into place, that is a very good indicator that the
leading has now become an anointing. This is a walking out of
Galatians 5:25 “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step
with the Spirit.”
Mark Gurley and I have been brought together to minister under the
umbrella of Issachar LLC to facilitate the development of new
ideas, systems, and products and bring them to the market place.
Through Issachar LLC, Mark and I are acting as conduits and connectors
of one idea with another, one company with another company, one resource
with another resource, and one geography with another geography. The
Process is as follows:
.....Define &
Describe: We define and describe the product or system as
succinctly, clearly and
simply as possible.
.....Verification: We walk people through the verification
process to make sure their idea does what
they think it does.
.....Business & Marketing Plan: We develop a
business and marketing plan, identify the target or
niche market, figure out what obstacles must be overcome and
identify other businesses that
may oppose, support, or utilize the new product or system.
.....Proper Business Structure: We must create the proper
corporate structure, choose the right
patent process, and figure out whether we want to manufacture this
new product or sell the
ability to utilize the new product or system for a fee and annual
royalties.
.....Connect to Resources: We connect these new ideas to
the resources and individuals who can
utilize them and bring them to the market.
The Lord is downloading new ideas, inventions, and delivery
systems, into the church and his people that will enhance and improve
the lives of everyone. Technological breakthroughs in housing and
alternative energy sources as well as enhanced output and energy storage
will enable the church, America, as well as other people and nations to
become energy self-sufficient and less dependent on foreign oil.
Self-contained, green, and off-grid manufacturing and retail facilities,
sub-divisions, towns and communities can be built and operated for less
than current stick-built homes and commercial construction. I believe
these self-contained communities, directly relate to “the pockets of
mercy and cities of refuge” visions and words which the Lord has given
many in the body of Christ.
Products we
have been working on;
Product One:
Safe
Construction Systems (SCS) is a housing product with an initial
focus niche on the disaster relief housing market. It has a
quarter-inch thick panel on both the interior and exterior walls with a
soy foam insulation. It can withstand a great force and not be
penetrated or broken; there is no drywall, and mold cannot penetrate
it. Unlike in stick-built homes, being under water would have little
effect on these houses, making them ideal homes for the gulf coast as
well as Iowa, Missouri and Illinois when the Mississippi floods every
other year. It is in upwards of 60% more energy efficient than a
stick-built house making it warmer in the winter and cooler in the
summer. Currently, Homeland Security spends an average of
$145,000 to temporarily put disaster victims in a trailer. SCS can
build a two bedroom, 1,300 sq ft home, in 4 or 5 days, with only 4 or 5
people, for around $50,000. That is what sets SCS a part from
everyone else; no one else can do this. These homes can be purchased by
individuals, disaster relief groups, municipalities, as well as Homeland
Security, FEMA and HUD. Safe Construction Systems can dominate the
disaster relief housing market with affordable, easy to assemble, energy
efficient, disaster resistant homes. Unlike conventionally built homes,
SCS homes are built to sustain and survive seismic activity, hurricanes,
floods and other natural disasters without serious damage. This will
not only be a great disaster and disaster area housing product, but it
can also serve as an affordable, energy efficient home anywhere.
Currently, conventional wind and solar energy sources cannot provide and
store enough energy for a normal household. However, if the need for
energy is reduced, as is the case with SCS, then there is no need to be
hooked up to the grid, which makes the home less costly to maintain,
making it even more affordable.
Product Two:
A wind
powered, self-contained utility system which can:
.....Provide hot and cold filtered water
.....Collect and store water from rain/snow/dew/de-humidifiers/steam
turbine generator, reclaimed
water (from bathing, clothes washing, dish washing)
.....Recycle solid wastes including animal and human feces, rotted
fruit, potato peels, etc., that are
consumed by enzymes. The byproduct is burnable gas and is used
when needed to assist in
steam generation
.....Provide sanitation services like hot and cold tap water for
bathing, washing clothes, etc.
.....Provide ample air conditioning in the heat of a summer day
.....Provide ample heat on a cold and windy winter night
.....Provide electrical power for normal household functions
.....Fit into the existing infrastructure of the demonstration house
Product
Three:
A
geothermal system utilizing water pressure for the production of
energy.

Initially, I was dealing with all the products which were being
brought to us individually each in their own right. However, as time
went on I realized that everything we were working with related to the
generation, conservation, and/or enhancement of energy. Safe
Construction Systems (SCS) can build homes which are 60% to 70% more
energy efficient than the average stick built home for 20% to 25% less.
Making it more economical to purchase and less costly run and maintain.
The down fall of current alternative energy products like solar, wind,
or geothermal is that they can only produce and store 20% to 30% of the
energy necessary to run the average home. If SCS is 60% to 70% more
efficient, then 30% to 40% is all it would need, which even makes some
current forms of alternative energy viable. However, if you were able
to increase the out put of the current alternatives, as well as create
new forms of them, almost any of the current energy alternatives can be
utilized and a combination could create more energy than is necessary to
run a home which then could sold back to the energy companies. This
would then not only save money from not having to purchase gas and
electric, but it could generate revenue by selling it back to the
electric companies.
The products and systems which we are currently working with are
pieces that when combined can create a self-contained, off-grid
community which can be built at substantially less cost than what is
currently normal and customary. The individual business ventures all
have the potential to be very profitable in their own right, but if we
combine and package them together, their potential and profitability is
greatly increased and would be even more attractive to investors. When
I shared this with the different people and companies involved, and they
unanimously agreed and said that was part of their vision as well.
We could build entire subdivisions, communities, commercial and
manufacturing facilities, as well as individual homes; which are 60%-70%
more efficient energy structures, but costs 25% less to build, and less
to maintain because of the alternative energy sources which allow them
to be off-grid and in no need of electric or gas utility service, and
could generate excess energy which could produce a revenue stream.
These combined
products could change the housing market and the way energy is
generated, stored, and delivered. This is change the world stuff, but
that is what we were called to be world changers. This is the kind of
cutting edge, big vision downloads which the Lord is filling the hearts,
minds and spirits of those who have eyes to see, ears to hear, and mind
to comprehend the things of the spirit. This is what the Lord is up to
and what his people need to respond to. We need to focus and do our
assignments. We need to stop looking at out in adequacies, the enormity
of the assignment and the size of the giants which surround it. God
will take of the giants. It is not about what you can do, it’s about
what God can do through you.
